Application Fees

There is $75 non-refundable application fee due at the time of application. Once accepted, 50% of tuition is due within 7 days, the remaining balance is due 7 days later. The total tuition must be paid within 14 days of acceptance. (Please note: If your student is currently in Year 1 of a program, they do not need to submit another application for Year 2.)

Tuition

Tuition is $1,690 per year ($845 is due within 7 days of acceptance and the remaining balance is due 7 days later). Due dates will be included in the student's acceptance materials.

  • Students will be invoiced at the end of year 1 to confirm their year 2 spot.

Failure to make either payment on time may result in:

  • student being withdrawn prior to the start of the program 
  • student being removed from the program
  • grades may be withheld

No tuition or application fees are eligible for refund.

Contact the GATE office upon acceptance if you require a payment plan.

School Assisted Tuition Payments: If a student leaves the program for any reason after their school has paid tuition or fees, the family is responsible for reimbursing the school their costs.

Other Costs

Parents are responsible for providing transportation, as well as class supplies such as notebooks, binders, etc. Some programs may organize optional field trips with attendance costs to be paid by the family.

ALL: Parents are responsible for purchasing the assigned books for their students.

CHAMP: Parents are responsible for purchasing textbooks and a graphing calculator for their students. The TI-83+ is preferred.

ISHALL: Parents are responsible for purchasing the assigned books for their students.

CHAMP-Online: Parents are responsible for purchasing the assigned books for their students and any technology requirements

ISHALL-Online: Parents are responsible for purchasing the assigned books for their students and any technology requirements

Cancellation Policy

All classes are subject to a minimum enrollment of students and may be canceled at the discretion of the GATE office.

Refunds and Withdrawals

If a student drops or is withdrawn from a GATE academic year program, the refund policy is:

  • The application fee of $75 is non-refundable 
  • No tuition is refundable. 

If a program is canceled by the GATE office, application fee and tuition is then refunded to the original payment source.
