Application Fee
All programs (GUPPY, IS4GT,MST, and MSTL) require a $75 nonrefundable application fee (before March 1). After March 1, application fee will be $95.
Once accepted, 50% of tuition is due within 7 days, the remaining balance is due 7 days later. The total tuition must be paid within 14 days of acceptance.
Tuition
GUPPY 4:
AM session: $385 - paid before March 1, 2026.
$420 after March 1, 2026.
All Day (during the week): $740 (includes lunches) - paid before March 1, 2026.
$810 after March 1, 2026.
GUPPY 5-6:
AM session: $385 - paid before March 1, 2026.
$420 after March 1, 2026.
All Day (during the week): $740 (includes lunches) - paid before March 1, 2026.
$810 after March 1, 2026.
IS4GT, MST or MSTL: $1,045 commuter (includes lunches), $2,100 residential the week of June 22, 2026 - paid before March 1, 2026.
$1,140 commuter (includes lunches) paid after March 1, 2026 and $2,490 residential paid after March 1, 2026.
Tuition Payment Information
GUPPY, IS4GT, MST and MSTL: Once accepted into the program, each student must pay half tuition 7 days after acceptance. The remaining balance will be due 7 days later. Contact the GATE office if a payment plan is needed. However, please realize that tuition must be paid in full within 2 weeks of acceptance.

Other Costs
GUPPY, IS4GT, MST, and MSTL: Parents are responsible for getting their students to and from the program. Students should bring a small amount of personal spending money for souvenirs, etc.
Change Fee: Any post-acceptance modifications will be assessed a $25 Change Fee. A $25 Change Fee will be assessed to any family wishing to remove 1 or more tracks. This fee must be paid before the first payment date of any tracks you wish to drop. Failure to pay this fee and formally withdraw will result in your removal from all tracks with no refund. The fee is $25/per request (not per track). If you are dropping multiple tracks at once it remains a $25 fee.
Cancellation Policy
All programs, or classes within a program, may be subject to a minimum enrollment and may be canceled at the discretion of the GATE office.
Refunds and Withdrawals
- The application fee of $75 or $95 is nonrefundable.
- No tuition, meal fees, or other related program expenses are refundable.
- If classes or programs are canceled by the GATE office, application fee and tuition would then be refunded.
